Our vehicle was towed to their shop. Told them it was a broken axle, so they decided to charge 150$ to tell us the axle was broken. Cool, your diag was worth more than mine. Proceeded to say 5 more parts needed replaced. Fine whatever let’s get it done. Go to pick up and car “needs more parts”. Get it home and the drivability was not great with new squeaks and vibrations that were not present before taken in. Get it inspected elsewhere and it’s missing parts!!! Call them, they can’t produce old parts to verify their story to why those parts are missing, say there is nothing they are going to do. They did a poor job and don’t have the integrity to back up their workmanship. Think twice about taking a vehicle to JBA.
