2 days after bringing my car in for them to check it, on my way home from work had to pull over and check my back tires to notice they didn’t put my lug nuts on fully and let’s say if I didn’t pull over I’d probably have a totaled car because of them. I went for them to just check to see if I needed more than my rotors and brake pads fixed, tried to make me pay $2100 to fix it, No wayyy!! Paid 140 and sum change just to get it back, and ended up spending $120 to fix my car, it isn’t fully fixed and perfect but runs as good as it did before dealing with Jacks. Thanks for trying to kill me I’d say. Also would like to just say it definitely was a lazy employee not paying attention and jacks has more positives then negatives, just unfortunate I had to deal with a negative
