Took my car in for a tire patch. They tossed the spare tire on top of my stuff instead of back where it belongs. They broke my TPMS sensor and refused to replace it. Tried to charge me $400+ to replace the part THAT THEY BROKE!?!? I will never go back! Terrible customer service and I’m not having them break more stuff they aren’t willing to replace. “Jacks Theft and rip-offs”

Call to get my car looked at they told me it was gonna be $146 when I left I ended up paying $180 for "shop parts" and taxes $40 is just absolutely ridiculous

Jacks on eastern has consistently provided quality service in a timely manner. We feel that they are very honest and upfront with what the cost will be and trust that they have our best interest in fixing and maintaining our vehicles in a budget friendly way. They are extremely friendly and professional! I highly recommend them as they have been proving quality service to us for many years😊
