Jack's Brake & Alignment

Following up with proof from prior post by Beau Vosatka and my original posting. Firstly, I have no reason to be untruthful here, but a vehicle is able either to be in spec or it's not... Jack's failed multiple attempts on the jeeps alignment and was unable to properly provide before and or after alignment specs, unless counting was sent an unclear picture of the running alignment machine screen from the desk help...I did hope that I could depend upon the professionalism I hear about on ads but instead the service was not completed as we had agreed instead the alignment was worse. To date Jacks has never even offered an apology confirming the bad business practices and poor customer service.
