Jack's Brake & Alignment

I had my brakes worked on 3 times. Turns out the first 2 times the tech didn't bleed the lines. I didn't think that the 3rd bill was correctly made.

If I could rate lower if I absolutely would. Do not give these people your money or trust them with your vehicle. I made an appoint for Saturday, days in advance to have a valve stem seal replace as well as 2 tires. When I arrived, they tried to tell me I had cancelled my services (I had not) and when I pushed back on this, the rep at the counter stated they actually don’t do tires on Saturday. When I asked why they would schedule an appointment for services they don’t do I simply got I don’t know. Since I needed the seal replaced and was already there I stupidly let them work on it. They later called to ask if I wanted my spark plugs to changes to address a misfire issue. The issue was slightly present, almost unnoticeable and their quote to change 4 easily accessible plug and coils was over $500, so I elected to wait and address it later. Quoted me $11k on a transmission repair, a new engine cost less. One of the workers bought the car off of me then tried to flip it without sharing the truth of the transmission’s condition.

Showed up for my appointment at 10 am, was told it was gonna be at least an hour before I got in. Waited 30 minutes then they told me their machine is broke and can’t do my service. Won’t be coming back.
