Tried to upsell. Missed total brake job. Rear brakes were very bad. Tried to upsell on axel seals. They rotated tires and did a great job on alignment. But told me we never took tires off So how do you rotate tires and check brakes and align without taking tires off. But axel leaks Pulled plug on housing for axel weight oil. Completely full. Was at a qualified technician of 40 yrs experience rechecked truck. He said companies don’t make anything off alignment that’s for upsell. Then be honest and find what’s really broke
