I had my car into them a couple of weeks ago. I noticed some wire on the inside of my rear tires. At first they were great, until I picked my car up. First thing, I noticed that they charged me two times for an alignment. Any time I would try to ask them or show them the receipt I would get a different response saying how I was wrong. They also told me my front wheel bearings needed to be changed and because of this was only able to do "half of an alignment". They racked up my bill fixing other problems that now I am unsure if those were actual problems or not. I had someone else look at my car and they let me know the wheel bearings were both fine but my front ball joints were so bad he was unsure how they missed it.
