Well, last year I had great experience on our annual trip to Iowa from California. Discount Tire in Grand Junction couldn't have been better to us when we had a tire problem while enroute. This time, we experienced the opposite of "Iowa Nice" when we did business with Jack"s Brake and Alignment on River Drive in Davenport Iowa.
While on the way here, we had a front end alignment problem with our 2016 Mercedes Sprinter RV. As a result, we ended up with two badly worn tires on the front and needed to get the front end aligned before heading home to California. We found Jack's online and read the reviews but thought we'd give them a try even though there were some negative and one star comments. What a mistake.
You can tell a lot about a business by the way they charge for their services.
To start with, they gave me a quote of $406.00 for the alignment....
