Jack's Brake & Alignment

The steering wheel on my Toyota Avalon was off center and I happened to see their alignment special coupon in the newspaper, so I called to make an appointment. After I made the appointment, I was a little concerned due to some recent negative reviews. Well, it turned out to be a very positive experience. The repair was thorough and their posted prices were very competitive. I will definitely consider Jack's for future auto repair needs. They give customers additional $5 off for providing them your email.

I had an appointment on a Monday 9:30am for an Alignment and tire rotation, I sat there for 25 minutes waiting, looking at my truck that hadn't been moved in yet. I was then told the 1 and only person capable of doing an alignment on my 2013 3500HD dually, wasn't there yet, and the tire machine was broke so they wouldn't be able to do my tire rotation. We set a new appointment for Wednesday, by this time the tire machine was fixed but "backed up with work", so I called someone to pick me up so I could leave the truck. The truck wasn't done until Thursday, No big deal. I noticed Friday morning the rear outer duals were not on correctly, I couldn't even find the valve stem for inner dual. So I drove back to Jacks for a 4th time so they could do a quick wheel removal and right back on correctly. They "didn't have time, and we would need to make another...

Just want to say thank you for the great service. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle went out of his way to finish the job. I really appreciated his professionalism by getting me back on the road so quickly. Thank you again, I will be back and highly recommended your place of business!!!

I arrived at store with 2 lists from diagnostic one from belle tire and another one from Firestone in doses listed was everything what I need to do still they ask me amounts $200 for the same diagnostic
I am very frustrated

Had an appointment at 9 am. They made this appointment, I just agreed to it. A gentlemen walked in for his appointment at 9am for an alignment. They did not have him on the books. The gentleman calmly said "well I just drove 45 minutes to be on time." The bonehead behind the counters says "I'm sorry sir but it's going to be a while before I can get to you" The gentleman calmly asked "how long is a while?" Than the bonehead said, "the mechanic that does alignments called in sick today." The gentleman finally with a little bit of attitude said, "well what am I supposed to do?" Good gentlemen left and said, "I will never step foot in this place again." ......
