Jack's Brake & Alignment

My car now pulls to the left instead of the right. I called and was told it was probably a bad tire. I went and paid to have my tires rotated and it is still pulling. I haven’t been able to call and bring it in because we left for vacation out of state for a week. Hopefully this doesn’t ruin my tires.

The guys at Jacks Brake and alignment did a great job on the work for my truck. Will 100% take my vehicles back to them for future repairs.

They were very courteous and got my vehicle taken care of.

They didn’t fix the problem yet charged me $120. My car still won’t start!

The young lady at the counter was very nice but the rest of the experience was junk. Poor communication between the shop and front desk relaying information to the customer. I have done business here afgee different times over the years and this is not what I remember.
