I made an appointment with Jack's by way of a mechanic whom I trust. When I arrived I was greeted promptly with minimal wait time. They have a comfortable waiting area for you to sit. The wait time was shorter than previous experience with other locations. The final price was almost spot on to the estimate, which was very nice. No upsell or BS.
