Jack's Brake & Alignment

Had them install two used tires on the rear. They got the job done when promised. However when I got home after picking it up and looking in the back I discovered that they left 1 of the old tires. They also left all of the tires needing air so I had to go and fill them to re set the low air alert. After charging me over $225.00 for 2 $35.00 used tires and a pair of windshield wipers. It seems to me that they would make darn sure that the "finishing touches" would be a big priority.

The prices were outrageous, who charges an inspection fee if you’re getting the work done there, you couldn’t even manage to do a simple 4 wheel alignment, no one checked the steering wheel sensor, the wheels were straight but the steering was off by 15 degree’s. Didn’t use OEM parts like I requested and took almost a week to figure out a small problem. Never going back

Highly recommend jacks on river drive. Excellent customer service, always get me in when needed. I think they are an honest business not trying to cheat you on repairs.

Had drive shaft repaired. Even though it took a week for part to arrive they did a great job. Had financing to get it fixed. Will keep using them for services.
