I go to Jack’s rather than a dealership because I often get to talk to the tech who worked on my vehicle🤗
If not the tech, then “the boss” will fill me in on details.
The staff up front typically covers the ordinary details & looks out for my bonus points, etc.
I walk out of Jack’s feeling like I got my moneys worth !

They've always gone above and beyond. Always very nice, from the front desk to the shop if I need explanation.
