Jack's Brake & Alignment

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!Absolutely terrible service. I had my car towed in 4 days ago, left all the information with Debby, and they still say that there is no information on the vehicle, I was immediately lied to about when the tow truck dropped off the car, and they still have yet to touch my car!!! It's been sitting outside in the rain this whole time dead with the windows down. I had even left my name and number for a quote or at least a call back to say they've started but 4 days later I have to call AAA again to have them take it to another shop. If the owner sees this, fire Debby immediately.

Called AAA for towing and they had Jack's to tow and repair. Jack's got the tow truck scheduled quickly and repaired the next day. Very helpful staff and did above and beyond to get it done as quickly as they could since I am handicapped and needed to have available as I am the caretaker for my mom who has dementia.

I didn't feel they were being honest about the part I needed. I found several on line. Also, no way that price was appropriate. With my situation I am at their mercy, so nothing else I could do.
