Great mechanic and got it fixed when I asked to get job done. Communicate is essentially important. Great place that would take care of it nit like other great big names such as Ford and Chery dealership or others. Smooth and fwd to come back more when necessary.

Got told my diagnostic was going to be $124 and I got to checkout it was over $150

Took my truck to Jack’s on River Drive for rear leaf spring replacement. Took a few days but most likely due to the time of year, Just before Christmas. I thought the price was fair for the work that was done. Have had a box truck for work repaired and used their JBA towing service several times.

It was very terrible dealing with some guy named Matt. I got alignment done which I paid $200 for basically. On a vehicle that I rarely drive only for traveling purposes. So it’s always parked in the garage. Went out of town for the New Year’s was on vacation for three weeks. While traveling my car alignment was still pulling to the left. During my whole vacation. Up on my return to the Quad cities, I called to have my alignment readjusted in regards to this matter.. just to be told that it has been almost 30 days so I will have to repay again. Crazy part is I have several vehicles so while we were on vacation, I park my truck and drove another vehicle because of the alignment problem.
