Excellent work for the most part. In one particular instance they did not follow instructions. In trying to go above and beyond they cut down a tree which I had intended to save next to a diseased tree. In another instance I had a quote for over $1000 more than another tree service. I went with the other tree service and have no regrets. My only criticism is that they tend to be a bit high priced. They are extremely responsive and quick to get to the job.

I have been using J Davis for probably 20 years and they do an amazing job. It started with a visit with their arborist and discussion about my options with a pear tree. It was heavily trimmed back and the results were just as I hoped for, to reduce the weak branches that seem to break with every windy days and provide more sun to my shady backyard. They have an experienced team that smoothly executes the job with attention to safety, care for the property around it and they do a good job cleaning up. It is worth the money every time.
