One of the BEST investments I've made! If you are new to real estate like I am, you too will find so much value. Coach has overdelivered every week and the gems he has been dropping are worth more than the cost of the course. Coach goes over many different options that you can do within the field of real estate, so there is something for everyone. When coach said he was the coach of coaches, he meant that. I am grateful to Marcus and all of the knowledge he's given. Knowledge is power. Implementation is key.

I am glad I enrolled in the Road to Real Estate live course. The information was very informative and easy to understand. The sessions were not rushed and after he took the time to answer all questions. We even received bonus material. I like the uploaded materials example and sample contracts that are available for our use. I also like that if you have a deal and want it looked over that option was available as well. Overall I would recommend this course to anyone looking to get into Real Estate Investing!

There are no words for how thankful iAm for coming across the teachings of Coach Marcus aka #RichUnc. In the short amount of time that iHave come across Coach Marcus my eyes have thoroughly been opened on how to become a better entrepreneur, business owner and investor. Although it seems like every time he's dropping a course I'm spending money trying to get my hands on it, iKnow that i'm making a better investment into the most prized possession...myself. I recently attended Building your Empire from the ground up. The training was Amazing. This was not the typical training where you are waiting for training to be over. Each week will have you ready to learn more. Jimarcus breaks down the training so that it is easily understood. He isn’t in a rush to get off at the end of training and drops additional jewels in group discussions. The training helps you to focus on not being afraid to delegate, making sure your SOP’s are in order, teaching you to know your audience and properly market to them, structuring your business the right way, and he supplied the class with documents that can be used to help simplify your business to become fundable from lending institutions. You will gain a wealth of knowledge in a short period of time.
