Where do I begin, “WHEW’? I have been wanting and waiting on an opportunity to jump on one of Marcus Blandin’s training's. When the opportunity permitted itself, I was stuck with depleting my savings for one of his higher training's or jump on this one. Well, suffice it to say, I transferred the money to one card and paid for The Ultimate Real Estate Investing Training. It is only day one and hands down, the best decision I have made in investing to date.
Marcus is very transparent and hands down the greatest coach ever. He is very detailed, transparent and gives you more than what you pay for. He breaks it down to where even a kindergarten can grasp the concepts.
Step by step, he gives you the best- and worst-case scenarios. Once this training is over it is totally up to you to be stagnant or G$D (get -ish done).

Coach Marcus is the best when it comes to delivering real content in a way that a child can understand. His programs are direct and to the point and focus on getting you to the money fast to get your initial investment back first. I have been a real estate broker for 30 years but never knew how important it was to have my business structured correctly and assets protected properly until today. I immediately saw several other streams of income to add to my existing real estate business. The first 90 minutes of class was worth the cost of the entire training for me and my business. He drops so many nuggets during his trainings which adds to the value of the content he is delivering and you ALWAYS get more than what you expected. I have been anticipating this class/course and I expected it to be amazing! However, Marcus over delivered on every aspect. I've been in coaching sessions with him and I certainly know what he's capable of, however, today was him times 10!! He delivered on every scheduled subject, gave very in depth details, and gave additional gems!!!
I've never been in a class where I wasn't dreading a break, but it was the exact opposite for this one!! I returned early from break in fear that I would miss something great! Smile!

I can't wait to utilize the knowledge gained within the next few days!

not enough stars on here. Coach Marcus went above and beyond in the training. He broke it down where it made sense and even gave gems that others charge 10k+. Definitely missed out if you said you want to get in real estate. Super excited and I know i will be closing ny first deal after this. Thank you Coach!!!

This class was everything I hoped it to be plus more. I just finished real estate school, so this class was right on time. I’m ready to make my first flip.

I thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Blandin's course. He went over and beyond to provide us with a broad range of topics to help business owners to have a better income generated business in 2020. He provided us with more content then promised, very informative powerpoint slides, and detailed information on business ideas that produce large profits. I'll definitely be purchasing more of his services in the future!
