Our practice has used IT Solutions for over 10+ years. They are prompt with our practice needs which aids in speedy resolution. They also take the time to call our vendors to resolve our technical breakdowns verse making us the middleman. That is an invaluable perk! They also accommodate our office hours, meaning if we need work or repair after hours they will schedule after our closing which is appreciated and aids in seemless interruptions. Of late we have had the same tech assigned to our requests which assists in continuity and reduced repetition in on practice. Thanks IT. Pam J
