I think the work the IT Mngt group does is quality work, but the follow up phone calls with the request for this review is not necessary and actually a burden. We already get a ton of emails when we submit a ticket we do not need a phone call as well when it is all said and done, thank you!

Jason was great, though my issue with my computer going to sleep when my sleep settings are off still exists. It's only slightly annoying, so I'll wait to deal with it if I have another bigger issue.
