I have had Invisible Fence for almost 30 years. Our house is on a very busy road so having the fence up and working is crucial Over time, the fence has been modified for the various dogs who have been in our lives and been broken during landscape projects. We have also had a few naughty pups who have time and again chewed a collar or receiver. No matter what the problem, the staff at Invisible Fence of the Southern Tier has come to the rescue in a timely manner with a smile on their face. Customer service has been wonderful.

Too expensive for what you get. We were told that the company would come to our house and re-flag when needed. That has not happened, even though we have requested it. We now have THREE collars and a yearly battery pack subscription and they just keep charging more and more.

The people were kind and knowledgable. They really care about dogs and want the best solution for the family. They did a wonderful job of installation and helped train our pet. They were up front with the process from installation to training and costs. I feel like we have a good relationship with them and could call anytime with questions or concerns.
