The employees who have worked with me have been very professional very friendly and very helpful. I would have wished for more contact and more follow up. I had to call about getting a new battery for my dogs collar. The survey is the first time someone from Staydog Invisible Fence has actually shown any interest in my experience and I appreciate the opportunity. I love the product I have not felt confident in the company.
