Your service response time is horrible. Prior to your consolidation of territories (I have homes in FL, PA and MD) you would have a service technician out for a repair within a day or two. When service was last needed at my property in PA it took 4 weeks to get someone to the property. This is unacceptable particularly when the fence is designed to keep my dog safe. If the fence is not working then the dog cannot be unattended and having your fence out of service forces me to watch the dog which completely defeats the convenience of having the fence.
