Horrible! I’m not sure why I keep getting emails and I haven’t had this company for over a year when I told them to get their unit out of my house. You cannot adjust setting yourself. You have to make an appointment and wait for them to come out to set it. Then you have to justify your reasonings why you need to make an adjustment. Every time the dog poops pass the line the voltage amps up. We were testing the collar and did not know this. We Musta went through The line over a dozen times. We put it on our small puppy and it shocked him so badly he curled up like a pill bug paralyzed. I ran as fast as I could to get that collar off of his neck.
