I'm in a few mentorships. I really enjoy the one-on-one with Nathan. I don't get that with the other mentorships. I'm in the process of using Nathans business and journey as a model for my own business. The training at Investor Thrive is excellent. Nathan has the training split into 2 sections. The first section is about how to know if you are looking at a good deal or not. If you have a question in the back of your mind going "did I do the comps right, is this really as good a deal as I think it is" This training will remove those thoughts. You will have much more confidence when you talk to the wholeseller or even the seller for that matter. What I like too is that Nathan has broken the sections down into quick easy to understand modules. The next section is about the JV deal with the wholesaller. This section is broken down into easy to understand modules as well. The two things I really like about this section are the all the bonus content, reviewing how to talk to another wholesaller about partnering with you and, he has the documents you need to move...

Shows real life examples of everything which makes it much easier to learn. Really helpful information.
