Before joining the Wholesaling Inc family just 2 years ago, We knew absolutely nothing about real estate, thought it was for only for people who had lots of money and perfect credit, of which neither I had. So after reading one Facebook post from Wholesaling Inc., we prayed about it and made the decision to make the call and took the first step into investing in ourselves and our future. Wholesaling Inc., walked us through our first deal step by step, holding our hands, every step of the way. They gave instructions and we followed them precisely. When Tom and Cody said to take imperfect action, boy they had no idea just how imperfect we were going to make those first steps. We made every mistake known to man on that first deal, but we fell forward $5K and we both looked at each other and asked the same question..."did we just wholesale our first deal?" It took 2 weeks...
