The agent I spoke to this morning, Jared, was extremely patient with answering all the questions I had. Very understanding to my needs and made sure I understood everything that was being applied to my policy and the cost breakdown.

The agent, Jared Krosley, was very helpful and friendly. He made sure to explain everything that I needed to know which was appreciated.

It was a pleasure working with Jason at GEICO north Miami office. He was responsive, informed and willing to go the extra mile to sign me up that day. He has most of the information I needed at hand and if he didn’t he got it for me very quickly. I never had to wait on line a long time. He returned calls quickly and was extremely responsive. And, I don’t give glowing reviews easily, But both he and the office were so service oriented that it made what could have been a difficult conversation easy. And, getting a great rate and saving some money is definitely a positive. Highly recommend this office.
