Anthony gave me a (few) calls, he was definitely not giving up on me. When I finally answered I told him that I didn’t think he could give me a good rate and I almost hung up right away but he said “oh you didn’t even give me a chance” and he was RIGHT! I told him to call me Monday he followed up Monday. then I needed him to call back a different time he called back exactly when I said to. He was super friendly and made sure all details were explained, have me some guidance on cancelling my old policy but also sent a letter on my behalf! The process was so easy, he walked me through each step, verified the whole process, answered all of my questions and was a real human being about it all. So yay for Anthony! I’m keeping his name and number on hand in case I ever need anything!
