Jennifer was AMAZING. After my phone hung up on her on the first call she took the time to call me back. At no time did I feel pressured into agreeing to a policy. She was not pushy, she was very patient, she took the time to answer all my question and my concerns. She gave me the necessary time to review everything with my family and when I came back with a question and/or concern she had no problem answering them and comparing numbers to make sure we got the best fit for my family. She was extremely nice amd easy to talk to, I greatly appreciate the time and dedication she took to make this process as easy as possible. For that I have to say thank you. ☺
