I loved this company that is comprised of a husband and wife team. I had an immediate response when calling to schedule an inspection. I made an appointment for the very next day. They went above and beyond also when the seller for the house I had under contract did not have the water turned on for the inspection. Becky was simply excellent to work with! She was very thorough and took her time going through the inspection of the property, taking exhaustive pictures and really ensuring no stone was left uncovered. Once the inspection was complete she shared her findings with my wife and I, who were on the property during the inspection and provided detailed explanations as well as recommendations regarding her findings. Additionally, Becky provided us with a detailed report the very next morning; her promptness and attention to detail was exemplary!
