I always am glad to see when one of my buyers will be using Tom for their inspections. He is always very thorough, but doesn't blow things out of proportion and always gives his honest opinion on any problems he finds. I also appreciate how the reports are always printed out right at the inspection and then the final reports are always emailed on time later that evening. All of the vendors he deals with like the septic and well inspectors always seem to do great jobs too.
