I RECIEVED ALL THE INFO NEEDEED TO MAKE A VERY IMPORTANT DECISION OF A home purchase "Great service"!

Very poor experience with Marie Spates and would not recommend this service to anyone. We have very extensive mold damage and one of their testers was fantastic at the beginning of the project. The day before another test, she emailed to cancel it (on a Sunday!). After that, she never responded to emails. When we called, she was extremely rude. She mentioned there were personal issues and she'd call back. Never called. When we called her a few days later to schedule the test, she basically snapped that someone didn't come back from vacation and another person is sick. Although it's unfortunate they are a small shop and these are a couple of bad circumstances, it was handled in an extremely unprofessional manner. I'd question the great reviews based on our personal experience and save yourself a headache.

Will, may he and Tim R.I.P., were very helpful, as well as Derek & IET's team was very professional and prompt. The testing was accurate and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needed an air quality, or due diligence related to Volatile Organic Compounds, Chinese drywall, etc. testing done on their property. They didn't run any unnecessary tests and got the results back in a timely manner

These guys really know their stuff. They only do testing and inspection. Some of the most knowledgeable people we’ve come across when it comes to handling mold. My home had a situation and multiple companies dropped the ball. IET and Tim did not. They helped us figure out the cause and I was then able to hire another company that executed their work plan. Got a great result and the air is clean!

Excellent responsiveness...

I highly recommend IET for your residential air quality testing. They are receptive to what you have to say, do a very professional job, and are quite responsive to post-testing questions and concerns. They provided me with a thorough report describing the test results, along with recommendations to mitigate potential problem areas. All the technicians and staff were courteous, helpful, and responsive. If I should need more air quality testing in the future I will most definitely turn to IET.
