We used IT For mold inspections on a home we were buying, and they were extremely thorough very quick to return any calls, very professional, answered all our questions, and since they have their own processing lab on site, you can get your results back much quicker. We would recommend IET to anyone looking to do air quality and mold inspections in their home! We would give them 10 stars if we could.

We've twice received inspections from Rich, first as an apartment resident and then as a prospective home-buyer. The inspection report in each case was very thorough and enabled us to push for appropriate repairs and quotes respectively. We will continue to reach out in the future for all mold assessment needs. Matthew and the team at IET are great to work with, professional from the office to the technicians and specialist that performed the work.
