Unfortunately many of our basic needs weren’t met. Our agent said that our room would be ready upon arrival but it was not. She also assured us that we would have transportation to the airport for our departure; we did not. We had to spend more money to get to the airport as a result. We would not work with the agent again, unless like similar circumstance we had to because of a wedding.
