In Case You Travel

I did not love In Case You Travel. Communication was not clear -- only after several emails and text messages could you get a response. Billing was messed up. Packages we ordered were not actually purchased and had to be re-purchased at full price on the ship. Flights were changed at the last minute and we were not notified since the travel agent received all correspondence and information was not passed along to us. Ended up throwing away a LOT of money because we were quoted prices early on that later went on sale on the ship and the agent pocketed the difference. With the amount of money the agency made, we lost out big time and learned a valuable lesson NEVER to use a travel agent again

Renewed my vows in Hawaii, wasn't sure where to start and had so many question being I'd never been there before. Cynthia Duhe-Harris at In Case U Travel was amazing!!! She handled everything for my wedding party. She was very professional yet personable, almost like family. I panicked when my son and grandson missed their flight but I called Mrs. Duhe-Harris. She told me not to worry she would handle it. She did just that. She got them on the next flight. My renewal was everything and it all went smoothly because of her. I highly recommend anyone traveling to contact Cynthia Duhe-Harris at In Case U Travel, you won't be disappointed. My husband and I are headed to Jamaica as I write this. Oh and her client gift bags are really nice. Waiting to plan my next trip when I get home.

I recently used the services of this travel agent and had a mixed experience. While they were somewhat helpful in assisting with my travel arrangements, their responsiveness and reliability left much to be desired. There were times when I struggled to get timely updates or answers to important questions, which caused some frustration. Despite these challenges, they did manage to provide the necessary information eventually, but the lack of consistent communication made the overall process more stressful than it needed to be.

My trip to London/Paris was beautiful!!
I wish we could have stayed in London 6 days vice Paris 3 days other than that I had a wonderful time.
The hotel we stayed in London was amazing and everything was in the same vicinity which was nice.
The High Tea party at the Kensington Palace was something special.
Seeing Big Ben was an Huge Eye Opener!! 😊
Riding the Eurostar from London to Paris was an amazing experience.
Eiffel Tower tour was amazing in spite of the rain. Mona Lisa was something special to see. The All White party on the boat gave us the opportunity to see the Eiffel Tower at night was spectacular.

We went to El Salvadore. From the beginning until the end, we had a marvelous experience. The hotel accommodations were superior, and the people were so welcoming. I would recommend In Case you Travel for all of your travel arrangements. American Airlines is not one of my favorite airlines and the musical gates in Miami was the only issue.
