Charlene is a sweet person who seems to genuinely care for her clients. But there were issues with the travel agent responsibilities that I'll list here. She didn't notify us of flight change which extended the trip by a day for three of our party and caused at least one person to miss work unexpectedly. She didn't buy the cruise drink packages for two people in our party even though she said she would. She did try to make this right by promising to pay the difference in cost but I don't know if that's happened yet. She didn't notify two of our six family members that they were on a different flight from the others. She arranged one transfer, not two, from the airport because she assumed we were all on the same flight, but she did later rebook us on two transfers.
