I have often heard of Mikaela but just now had the opportunity to ask for her services and WOW was I completely pleased. She showed up promptly and got right to work carrying her computer from room to room, analyzing and typing notes. Then she sat down and addressed every notation directly with my seller, keeping eye contact, making sure my client understood the necessary changes to be made to the huge house both inside and out. Mikaela then emailed a copy to the client and to me - so we didn't even have to make our own notes! She offered to return and help further or answer phone calls (and encouraged us to provide pictures with our questions via email). The very next day my client went shopping for the new items recommended by Mikaela. I wish I could explain what an improvement Mikaela has made to my listing already.
