Drove an hour down to view a truck at an appointment with sales rep CherylAnn. I was greeted by a very dry and impolite saleswoman. I was not made to feel welcome, nor appreciated for the fact that I was there to spend $26,000. After making it clear that i was willing to pay with cash, credit, OR bank check, I was offered only a $500 discount off the sticker price... This in combination with the lack of personal customer service I received, I would rate this place very lowly and never return. Overall not a pleasant experience, and they are not willing to make a deal happen.
