I think I’m done with this dealership. And perhaps Fords in general. They sold me a $45k Mustang GT last year that suffered a flat tire after just 2500 miles. Dry wall screw in the tread. Not the dealership’s fault obviously. They assured me it could be repaired. But when I brought the tire in for service the manager didn’t want to repair a “performance” tire. Said it should be replaced instead. But wait.......the wheel is painted black (inside and out) so we don’t even want to put a new tire on for fear of scratching your “performance” wheel in the process. It’s an expensive wheel after all and we don’t want to be responsible! We don’t have the right equipment, so you should go elsewhere! And so here I am ........spent a lot of $$$ on a car whose tires cant be “safely” changed by its own dealership ! Hmmmmm......I wonder if Lexus treats its customers this way. It’s a shame because...

Returning Customers.... We purchased our second Ford Escape yesterday at Hammonasset Ford, and we can't thank CherylAnn Wambolt enough for making the transition from our 2014 Escape Se to our 2019 Escape SEL a pleasant experience! CherylAnn knows her job, and taught us how to use all the new items on our car and got us on our way quickly so we could enjoy the day! We were very pleased!
