CherylAnn and Steve were great to work with. This was my 2nd car from Hammonasset Ford and it was a pleasure to deal with them.

I'd like to thank Cheryl Ann for making my leasing experience a good one. She's so knowledgeable and patient, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. She set up my phone and radio, something I might not have been able to do on my own. It was greatly appreciated! I felt like I was doing business with an old friend. She continued to follow up with after I left the dealership, to make sure I was happy with my new car. I would have no problem sending family and friends to Hammonasset Ford. My new 2017 Ford Edge needed a new transmission and it was here in the shop getting worked on for 51 days! Let's just say Sal Salafia the service manager is the best!! He should really get a raise!! He is the kind of person that belongs high up in the corporate world!!!! He is absolutely amazing and very understanding. He kept me up to date all the way through this tough process of having a rental car for 51 days and me being aggravated at Ford Corporate and trying to understand why a brand new car needs a new transmission when it's not even 2 years old.And why it took almost two months to fix the problem! Had Ford Corporate sent a new transmission in the beginning instead of trying to repair the damaged one my car would not have been here so long! But Sal kept me up to date every step of the way and answered every question I had even when I was a bit heated and aggravated he stood...

Just bought a brand new Ranger from Cheryl Ann, the entire staff was great!!
