Have been a Hamm. Ford customer since 2012; just got my 3rd Explorer. This round I worked with Mike Timmons, who provided great service, no pressure, and he found exactly what I wanted. No time wasted and I got a lot of support! Thanks! I am happy to add to this review because we just purchased a pre-owned Ford Escape for my son. We worked with Dan Sapione and Mike Timmons and it was a great experience. All questions were answered and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Just completed a purchase of a Ford Expedition Max and couldn't be happier. Aside from finding a demo available with low mileage (aka, great deal), Cherylann was a WONDERFUL salesperson to work with. She was very attentive to our questions, understanding the needs/features we needed in a vehicle and was so patient and thorough assisting in us learning the vehicle and how to use the features, etc. I would highly recommend Hammonasset Ford (and asking for Cherylann when you arrive). I drove down from Berlin to look at a used vehicle and amazed at the selection and QUALITY of the used car inventory. The staff was very low pressure and made the car buying experience enjoyable. Conal Sampson was great in helping me find just the right vehicle and was patient with all my requests and questions.
