Simply put, the best customer service I've ever received from a car dealership. CherylAnn went above and beyond my expectations in the car buying process. I went to the dealership looking for an Edge or Explorer and had little time to spend. Once I selected the vehicle, she gathered all of my info. When I was able to return, she had made sure all of the paperwork was in order beforehand, called my insurance company, arranged for my rental to be picked up, and transferred my registration. She then set up my Ford Pass, paired my phone, and answered any questions I had. I never felt rushed (by them) and was totally comfortable the entire time.
