I had an issue with my hybrid vehicle and called Hammonasset Ford, they told me to come in, when I got there they took my vehicle in and began working on it, in about an hour or less they advised me that they had repaired my vehicle and that it was under warranty and sent me on my way, no charge. the repair was done correctly and I have not had any problems since. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Sal the service manager was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair and the warranty , I briefly spoke to the technician that did my repair (Harry) and explained what work was done. A pleasure doing business with Hammonasset Ford, I will return for future repair work and maintenance services......GREAT JOB guys!!!

Went to Hammonasset Ford for an oil change for the first time. I WILL BE BACK. I had a great experience I was in and out in less than an hour. It was inexpensive and done professionally. With help from Krissie and Sydney I was informed that given the miles on my car a tire rotation was suggested for longevity of the vehicle. I will definitely return !!

Had car serviced while waiting. Took less than an hour. Friendly front desk receptionist who provided anticipated complete by time and provided coffee. Been going to Hammonasset Ford for 6+ years. Will continue to do so.

Just came from hammonasset Ford for oil change and a front end problem got a oil change but didn't check the front end at all won't go back lost my business

My overall purchase experience at Hammonasset Ford could not have been better. My Sales Consultant Daniel Sapione was terrific and Steve Mantilia the General Sales Manager was fantastic as well. The staff is courteous, friendly and genuine. They are happy to provide information and advice with zero pressure to buy. When I was prepared to buy, I was treated fairly and given an excellent price immediately with no need for a lot of back and forth negotiation.
