Like others who have posted, I have NEVER had an experience buying a car that I felt was worthy of 5 stars but this team deserves it. CherylAnn was excellent to work with. With over 20 years of experience she had my confidence in her knowledge about the car and it’s features. My wife was unable to join me when I picked up the car and she encouraged me to video the process to pair my phone so that I could do the same with my wife’s phone. Great follow-up and knowledgeable about the features. There was no pressure to buy and no hassles or trying to sell the extras. Her collaboration with Steve, the manager, was excellent and I felt that they had me covered with the financing process, the insurance and the Registration. Just signed the papers and I feel it was the simplest car buying experience ever!

Buying a vehicle from Hammonasset Ford was a great experience. As a new resident in Connecticut I feel they went out of their way to make sure everything was a smooth process for me. Everyone I spoke with and worked with was a friendly and welcoming.

Recently purchased a 2021 Ford Ranger from Hammonasset Ford. Dan Sapione was a pleasure to work with and alerted me to options that were not discussed at the first dealership I visited. Overall, a positive experience.

Beware! Can't buy here unless you pay an extra $2,699 for their 5-year warranty and other stuff you may not need or want. Came up very early for a scheduled test drive of a pricey Mustang GT and look at a couple other cars in the area. First, was not informed of such before going there and it was not included in their posted and discounted MSRP Final Price. Second, the car was not prepared for a test drive; still parked away with window stickers on all windows and not clean. Thirdly, I explained I never keep a car more than 3-years so the extra warranty is of no use to me. The response was basically take it or leave it, that's how we sell cars here. I left it without wasting their time on a test drive and moved on to the next on my list.
