I loooooove New U Dental. Where can I start??? I have been on a dental journey with this office that has changed my life forever. Every part of my experience has been amazing. Dr. Snapir (the leader), Dr. Ash (such a gentle and kind man), Jesus ( the charmer), Daisy, NaNa, Larry (my counselor and support), Gabriel (my shinning light), Cassandra, the front desk ladies. The whole team has greeted me and loved on me every moment of my visits. The past 2 years at New U Dental has forever changed what I thought dentistry was. I will forever encourage any family, friend, neighbor, passerby to reach to New U Dental to have the amazing experience I have had. Thank you 100 million times Team New U!!!

The Dental Smile Center is Doing Business As New U Dental: Don't go there they defrauded me out of $8,000.00 dollars, most likely to purchase the equipment that allows them to carry out their All-On-4 procedures!

Approximately, in Feb-March of 2020 I took out an 8K loan for dental work. The dental work was supposed to cover teeth cleaning, braces, a tooth extraction, and two implants; however, I only received the tooth extraction and teeth cleaning.

My first visit to Dr. Idan Snappir's, The Dental Smile Center, took place between February/March of 2020 regarding my upper right molar, which cracked and needed to be extracted. During that visit, Dr. Idan designed a plan to extract the cracked molar, a treatment plan designed to straighten my teeth with metal braces, and replacing extracted tooth with an implant. Excellent dental company! I had an old filling come loose and needed an emergency appointment. New U helped me the same day and performed amazing service crafting a new crown. The service and treatment here is top notch. Their prices are reasonable if you are a cash patient! Thanks to the team, and Yesena, Daisy, and Cassandra were amazing at making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

I've came to this location since I was 14 (now 26) and I'm highly impressed with the changes they've made to the office. The best change they've made is hiring Cassandra (Patient Coordinator) who helps with your insurance. She is extremely thorough. She will help find solutions and make your dental experience headache free. LOVE HER and the staff! Everyone is so well experienced and friendly. I always get a nice welcome as soon as I step into the office. It's the best it's been in years.

So I found this dentist and I was nervous at first. Found out I had a decaying tooth. So they shaved down my tooth and put a crown. Prices are reasonable. Later on I had to get a root canal, and Larry the manager is super accommodating. He offered me a payment plan and made sure I was set for everything I need. They have the best dentist you can find in LA

I did my cleaning with Tatiana and she was amazing. Extremely kind, polite and she did amazing job on my cleaning. I highly recommend her. 5 starts for her!

I have always had a fear of the dentist. but everyone at New U Dental changed that. their hospitality, friendly and welcoming attitude, and care are like no other. i have never had a dentist be so communicative with procedures. Dr Ash is one in a million. Ashley and Sonya are the best and Cass is utterly amazing. these people deserve a noble prize for their skill and care. so if you're looking for a dentist, look no further you just hit the lottery. i have never loved my smile more.

The staff, Namely, Larry, Gabe, Cassandra, jessica, Anna, and a special shout out to Dr. Ash and Dr. Snapir! When I tell you this office came through with phenomenal service in our time of need. My wife was in extreme pain and the staff made us feel like family every step of the way. They were Very careful in the process of removing her teeth and implanting her new ones. They kept being attentive to my family and our needs while we attended every appointment. I’ve recommended to my family and friends with a 5 star rating in my book.

I came to New U Dental looking for help with my teeth. Everyone at this office showed me how much they cared from the start of my first appointment. The staff is friendly every time I come in.
