Idahome Solar

They did my solar pannels and pit them where i wanted them , the power received from them is good . The delivery crew could be more carefull as one panel had to be replaced befor it was even installed and i have a couple other pannels that have cracks in them but they function properly as i am told , but i dont know for myself . I would perfer to have what i paid for , not broken pannels but undamaged ones . They were exspencive so i would like them to be perfect

We had Idahome Solar install solar panels for us in May 2023. They handled everything : design, HOA review, and permitting from the City of Star and our power company. I've never experienced a contractor of ANY expertise who kept us so informed as to what was happening and future steps, kept so much on schedule, and explained the operation of the new system like Idahome did. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the professionalism of each and every one of this company's management and staff. The drone mapping of our roof for the design was especially interesting to watch. We also had a charing station installed for a potential future electric or hybrid vehicle. The app for our cellephones was a nice touch: we can monitor the power generation of our system from anywhere giving us useful information about the generation at the moment, by the day, month, and yearly.

Everyone at Idahome solar has been right there to answer any questions. love the fact they monitor my system keeping it preforming at it's best. Really appreciate everything they have done. Installation was quick and professional and has captured the best location for my panels. Very pleased and have referred 3 friends to them for systems. One bought as of now. Great company to work with

All the representatives that we worked with were professional and very informative on what our solar system would do for us. They explained the whole procedure from the installation to throwing the switch on for the first time. We were impressed that even though the weather was horrendous the day of installation, they did all that they could do safely that day. It was windy and snowy with gusts of wind that particular day and they explained that they couldn't safely put the solar panels on that day. They came back the next day and finished installing the panels. We are very satisfied with the whole procedure, as well as the great customer service that we have experienced. Thank you!!

Salesperson will over promise and not deliver. Installers will schedule and not show up. Months of waiting with no communication. I wish I could use the monitoring app they showed me, but nope, not available to the customer.

Great customer service and easy to work with

Idahome Solar did a great job on my home in October of 2021. They were on time, performed all the work they said they would do. I would recommend them to anyone that is interested in having solar installed at their home. Randy

I am loving my solar panels! The crew kept me informed, did the whole process of ordering inspections, etc.

Other than a salesman who promised me the moon, I have had a positive interaction with this solar company. They came out to fix an issue with my system which has been working seamlessly since then. Hopefully they will still be in business when government subsidies for solar disappear.
