Kristine is awesome! She helped me sell my house late 2020 as I was leaving the area. I ended up back in the area in early 2022 and decided to buy and contacted her immediately. She found me the exact house I was looking for and then some within a day or two (even in this insane market), and helped get everything moving for the closing which happened nearly two weeks early. She was very responsive and she sounded great when I interviewed. She made videos of houses for me, and everything seemed wonderful. However, all that is something you could get from a friend of a friend.

Realtors are supposed to protect you on the legal side. They are supposd to thoroughly review the contracts, inspections, and negotiations for you. That is the crux of their job, since it's not something anyone with a cell phone can do.

We asked for an electical inspection above and beyond the regular VA home inspection because that is what the inspector suggested we do. We received a pdf entitled "electical inspection" and an ok from Kristine saying that everything checked out. A few minor things were changed,...
