Very professional and efficient

This office was fantastic to deal with. We executed a TODI with them during Covid-19 times. We handled everything via email, not even one office visit, and they were very responsive. Misty Cygan did a good job of educating my uncle on how the probate process works in Illinois. She also did a good job of explaining misconceptions that my uncle had about inheritance and internet advice that was not correct. My uncle needed to hear the responses from Misty even though I understand the probate process in Illinois. Misty was excellent to deal with and responded promptly to emails and phone calls. I would recommend her to friends and associates who require an attorney who can handle estate matters. I had some issues with the support staff as to typos and errors that I had to correct.
