From growing up in an area where this daycare center started and was so highly popular, recommended, and trusted. I truly expected more. My first meeting left me very excited. Even as it was my first time having to use a center for my child. Having the familiar name was comforting, even more so to see some faces I knew. This excitement QUICKLY diminished. From failed communication on what care my child was signed up for, un returned phone calls emails and poor customer service. Resulting in myself having to enroll my child unto another daycare just to meet my needs. The only time I could get a phone call was if it was about setting up automatic payments or paying a deposit. All these things aside I decided to continue as maybe it was just a conflict in personality. I’m an adult I understand what you expect as common customer service is not so common anymore.
