Casey Ranger, the director at Huntey’s Big Rapids truly cares about her team, the children attending and their parents. She has gone above and beyond to build trust, enhance communication, build and set high expectations within her team and encourage growth in and out of the center. You see the positive response to her leadership with team members willingly covering for others, smiling faces at drop off and pick up, and even some changing their college schedule so that they can be present more with the kids to improve consistency. You will see Casey and Leann activity participating in regular check ins with their team, helping in the classrooms and doing whatever they can to make sure the day runs smoothly. Huntey’s Clubhouse has cared for each of my children while my husband and I work, and I have been so grateful for the unique attention and love they have shown my boys!! Also they are always available and helpful answering questions and providing individualized care for my littles!! Thank you Huntey’s clubhouse!!
